Take 10-12 mins to build to a heavy single Squat Clean + Push Jerk

- rest as needed between lifts


Conditioning:

3 sets:

AMRAP 5:

8 Overhead Squats (95/65)

8 Burpee Over Bar

8 Pull Ups

- Rest 3:00 between sets
