CrossFit Key Largo is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and High-Intensity Cardio. Every workout is scalable for each ability level; whether you are just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for years!
Constantly Varied: Every class is different and fun. You are always testing your body with new exercises and new workouts that will allow you to see results for as long as you are doing CrossFit.
Functional Movement: We don't use machines. Every exercise utilizes your entire body, starting with your core, and is applicable to your everyday life.
High-Intensity: If you want results from an exercise program, intensity is necessary. Nothing compares to the intensity of CrossFit. The good news is, intensity is relative to you as an individual. We can scale all movements for any age and ability level. All it takes to be successful at CrossFit is the right attitude.
Classes we offer
WOD stands for Workout of the Day. This is our normal CrossFit class. CrossFit is an hour long class that combines gymnastics movements, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning (cardio) for each workout. Classes begin with a coach led stretch and warm up. They progress through a strength or skill session and end with a conditioning portion. The conditioning workout is anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes long and performed at a high intensity relative to each athlete. These classes are great for those looking to advance their current exercise regimen.
CrossFit Unloaded has the same structure as our CrossFit classes, but has a ‘go at your own pace’ attitude. This class lasts 45 minutes to an hour. It contains a stretch, warm up, skill and conditioning segment. Fundamental movements are the focus of this class. There is no barbell work or heavy lifting. All the workouts utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls or body weight movements. This class is perfect for people new to exercise or those looking to start back after an injury. This is a LOW IMPACT class!
CrossFit Kids is a great activity for children! The classes are 30 minutes long and get kids excited about working out and staying fit. Children learn the fundamental movements they do in everyday life and how to perform them properly. They also learn about nutrition and play a game at the end to practice good sportsmanship. This class is a great add on for any sport your child participates in!
