Take @ 5-10 mins to practice bar muscle-ups or scaling options before the workout


Conditioning:

5 RFT:

5 Bar Muscle Ups

10 Double Dumbbell Bench Press (50s/35s)

50ft Dumbbell Lunge (50s/35s, DBs held any way)

- DB load should be @60-65% 1RM DB Bench Press
