Even: Perfect Push ups

Beginner: 3-5 Leg pull rope climbs/ 5-10 Push ups

Intermediate: 2 rope climbs/ 10-15 Push ups

Advanced: 3 regular rope climbs or 2 legless/15-20 Push Ups

Conditioning: For Time:
