Strength: Front Squat 3-3-2-2-1
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 burpee box jump-overs (24/20)
3 deadlifts (225/155)
6 burpee box jump-overs
6 deadlifts
9 burpee box jump-overs
9 deadlifts
Etc. adding 3 reps to each exercise every round.
