Take @ 35 Minutes to Complete:

3 Sets X 5 Reps @ 75% of 1RM

3 Sets X 5 Reps @ 80% of 1RM

3 Sets X 5 Reps @ 85% of 1RM

Then...

3 Sets X 6-8 Reps of;

Bulgarian Split Squats

Pistol Squats (Six Each Leg, Work on Pistol Variants/Modifications)
