Beginner: 3 Jumping Pull ups + 3 Ring Pull ups

Intermediate: 6-8 Kipping Pull ups

Advance: 5 Strict Pull ups (weighted if needed)

 

 

Conditioning: Every 1 min for 16 mins, alternating between:

15/10 Assault Bike Calories

15 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
