Conditioning: "Coffland" (25 min time cap)

Hang from a pull-up bar for 6 minutes

Each time you drop from the bar, perform:

800-m run

30 push-ups

Scaled: 4 min hang, 800m run, 20 push ups

Post WOD: Accumulate 50 Banded Back Extensions plus 50 banded abmat sit ups
